With the Changelings vanquished, Twilight turned to congratulate her brother and his true bride to be. The sight before her violet eyes was not one she wished to behold. There lay the two lovers under the alter. Their bodies sat still and motionless on the cold marble floor.

Twilight rushed to her brother and former foal sitter. Tears streamed down the unicorn's face.

"Shining Armor! Candence!" she futilely shouted, but there was nothing she could do. Her two oldest friends were together forever, though not in the most conventional of ways.

Twilight gazed upon their faces. They both appeared to be at peace. The young unicorn sat down, holding back her sheer agony. Weakly, she began to sing, honoring the memory of her fallen friends.

"This day is perfect," she worded out before sobbing to the floor.

So I watched the Royal Wedding with my bff today and she mentioned during the climax "Omg, if Shining Armor and Cadence sacrifice themselves I'm going to die!"

and I drew it because I thought it'd be a really interesting twist if they did.

Done in less then an hour so no critiques please.

Too bad they wouldn't do that, since this is aimed at younger kids and everything. As much as they love the bronies, they can't ignore the target demographic.

lol sometimes I wish they would just do it the brony way lol but Hasbro has a great thing going with the show. Not only are they able to meet their traget demographic, but they have a new one as well keeping with the "6 year old girl" standard. At the end of the day Hasbro is a business and they have to make as much money as they can. I'm just glad they are working with the brony community as well as the little girls :)
